Job allocation and the GHXP account-level boost are separate benefits. The GHXP boost increases how quickly you collect points; it does not increase the payment for an individual GPU job.

More points can help you rank higher and earn more GHX rewards. Your reward depends on your final season position; there is no fixed exchange rate from GHXP to GHX.
Where can I get GHX, and which network should I choose?
The Get GHX page lists exchanges and official token addresses. GHX is native to Ethereum as an ERC-20 token, with bridged versions on BNB Chain (BEP-20) and Solana (SPL).
