The service and these terms
These terms govern use of the GamerCoin website and GamerCoin Studio provided by CoinAxe Limited, identified in the operator information on this page. Studio offers creative tools and community resources. Read these terms before using the creation features. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement under the law that applies to you.
External websites and services can have their own terms. A link does not transfer responsibility for their operation to CoinAxe.
Free access and usage limits
Studio currently offers free creation without a Studio account. Available features depend on provider capacity and configuration. Default limits are three generations and eight prompt boosts per hour per shared connection; the limits shown in Studio may differ as configuration changes.
Daily capacity, concurrency and security limits can also apply. A reserved attempt may consume a limit even if generation fails. Do not bypass limits or access controls. We may suspend abusive access, pause a feature or change capacity to operate and protect the service.
Your inputs and permissions
Submit only material you are entitled to use and to send for AI processing. Obtain any necessary permissions from people depicted or recorded and from relevant rights holders. Do not submit confidential information, secrets or sensitive personal information.
You authorize the processing reasonably needed to fulfil your request, including transmission to the relevant computing and model providers. This permission does not itself authorize public gallery publication. The Privacy notice explains the related data processing.
Generated works and brand rights
AI results may be inaccurate, similar to existing work or unsuitable for your intended use. Review them before publishing or relying on them. We do not promise originality, exclusive ownership, copyright protection or freedom from third-party claims.
Your rights to use a result depend on applicable law, the rights in your inputs and any applicable model or asset permissions. These terms do not transfer rights that CoinAxe does not hold. GamerCoin, GHX, GamerHash and other names or marks remain subject to their owners’ rights; downloading an asset does not grant exclusive trademark rights or imply endorsement.
Use the service responsibly
Use Studio and its outputs lawfully and respect the rights of others. The following uses are prohibited:
To report suspected unlawful or abusive content, use the contact route in the operator information. Include the content URL or a job or submission identifier, the reason for your report and any relevant supporting information. Send only the personal information needed to assess the issue. We will review reports and may remove content, reject publication or restrict access while a review is pending.
- Unlawful content or infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other protected rights.
- Child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation of minors, nonconsensual intimate imagery, hate content targeting protected groups, or threats of violence.
- Disclosure of private information or secrets, impersonation, or misleading claims of official affiliation.
- Financial deception, fraudulent token promotions, fabricated investment claims or promises of guaranteed returns.
- Spam, malicious code, harassment, interference with the service or attempts to evade safeguards and usage limits.
Optional community gallery publication
You choose separately whether to submit a work for the community gallery. Submission does not guarantee approval. We may decline or remove work for legal, safety, quality or community reasons.
By separately authorizing gallery publication, you grant CoinAxe and gallery visitors nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to copy, display, download, share and remix the submitted work for lawful GHX community promotion. This permission covers only rights you can grant and does not permit deceptive endorsement, unlawful use or infringement of third-party rights. It does not transfer ownership.
You may request removal and withdraw permission for future publication through the contact route on this page. We cannot guarantee retrieval of copies already downloaded or shared. Removal from public view and deletion of stored data are different actions; the Privacy notice describes retention and your data rights.
Availability and responsibility
The service depends on external infrastructure and AI providers. Jobs may fail, be delayed or become unavailable, and results may not remain accessible. Save work you wish to keep. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose.
These terms do not exclude liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any applicable statutory duties remain in force.
GamerCoin information
Creative outputs and general website content are not personalized investment advice or a promise about GHX value or performance. Do not present generated material as verified financial information or an official statement without appropriate authorization and verification.
Changes, applicable law and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. The version shown with these terms identifies the relevant update. Changes do not remove rights already granted by mandatory law.
Maltese law applies, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you, including applicable consumer rights in your country of residence. Nothing here removes a right to bring proceedings before a court available under mandatory law. Use the operator contact information for questions, rights concerns or gallery removal requests.
